1. Project Delivery & Financial Management

2. Business Solutions & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders

3. Hardware & Infrastructure Coordination

• Manage procurement delivery and installation of hardware and network equipment

• Review and update technical drawings with engineering teams
  

4. Communication & Vendor Management

• Lead daily technology stand-ups
  
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services/equipment

5. Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain detailed project documentation
  
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

6. Installation Validation & Project Closure

• Ensure smooth handover to operations teams
  

Required Skills

• 810 years of experience in IT / infrastructure project management
  
• Strong experience in project planning budgeting and execution
  
• Ability to manage both planned initiatives and reactive issues

• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
