Job Summary

Role Descriptions:

Project Management- Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals resource optimization and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Leadership -Engage with senior executives clients and global teams to define project scope manage expectations and secure buy-in for critical initiatives.
Execution Excellence -Apply a mix of Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies to plan execute and monitor projects ensuring adherence to budgets timelines and quality standards.
Team Empowerment- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams (e.g. IT Finance Operations) to foster collaboration innovation and accountability.
Risk Issue Management- Proactively identify and mitigate risks resolve bottlenecks and manage scope creep escalating critical issues to leadership as needed.
Strategic Reporting -Deliver transparent status updates KPIs and insights to senior leadership enabling data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications Experience
Total Experience -15-18 years in project/program management with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing large-scale concurrent projects.
Domain Expertise -Proven success in banking financial services or technology sectors with experience in digital transformation regulatory compliance or operational excellence.
Methodology Proficiency- Expertise in Agile (Scrum Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Confluence SharePoint).Certifications PMP Prince2 or equivalent certification required.
AgileScrum Master certification is a strong asset.
Education Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
