The ManagerInsideSaleswilllead a teamof5 to10 insidesalesrepresentativesinAustin TX primarily focused on 1 and 2 location inbound position willbe responsible forthe development and production of the teams. The successful candidatewill befocused on ISR developmentearning newbusinessand establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resourcein the industry.

How youll add value:

  • Lead and directan InsideSalesteam toidentifyand develop restaurant customers with 1 to2restaurantlocations nationwide virtually.

  • Assistthe teamindevelopingand executinga sales strategy

  • Work with the team when necessary to engage prospectsin order toclose

  • Maintain weekly reporting and meetingsfor the team

  • ManageARRquotas andpipelines

  • Help support full cycle salesexecutivesin prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices

  • Ensure the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goals

  • Establishes individual development and production plans for the team

  • Other duties as assigned

What youll need to be successful in this role:

  • 1-3years experiencemanaging SaaSsales teams

  • Insidesales experiencein the restaurant industry preferred

  • Proficiencyand experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than30 days

  • Experience developing teams from scratch

  • AI-led approach

  • Demonstrate continual sales success withSMBlevel clientsin the restaurant industry

  • Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent

  • Experience with Salesforce and otherAI-forwardsales technologies and best practices for enabling your team

  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product Marketing Customer Success

  • Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has an annual salary of $80000 - 120000 commission.
  • The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/experience time in the role business line and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
