To learn more visit us at Human Resources Generalist serves as a vital link between Saputos team members management and external services groups; driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function.

What Youll Do at Saputo

• Be a key onsite business partner by developing strong relationships with employees leading to an understanding of how HR can best support each Saputo Department.
• Support HR Manager and employees with program administration employee relations retention payroll safety training performance management compensation and benefits workers compensation.
• Conduct onboarding employee exits investigations and other employee engagement activities.
• Interprets develops and ensures consistent application of all Saputo policies.
• Key Talent Acquisition leader responsible for role assessment sourcing screening interviewing selection reference/background checks job offers orientation and HRIS transactions (Workday preferred).
• Coordinate office events and volunteer events order supplies resolve facilities concerns and other duties as required.

Who Is Right for The Role

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships and influence and guide others.
• Strong leadership communication presentation problem solving organization and time management skills.
• Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources labor and safety.
• Ability to remain approachable and accessible to employees on all shifts.

Salary Range: $61820 to $77275

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
