Were looking for an Engineering Business Analyst (P2) whos ready to step into a fast-paced impact-driven this role youll become a trusted partner to Engineering Product Team Leads Control Account Managers and Program leadership. Your insights will directly influence program performance by supporting monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) activities driving financial and schedule predictability and shaping critical decision-making through thoughtful analysis.

Youll collaborate across engineering and program teams to deliver accurate EVMS inputs develop EACs/LREs track cost and labor performance and report meaningful variances. Using tools like APEX/SAP EV IMS and PM Tools you will play a key role in ensuring our programs stay on track on budget and aligned with mission objectives.

What You Will Do

• Drive the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)

• Perform in-depth Earned Value and financial analysis to understand and communicate program health

• Prepare BCRs as needed and participate in the monthly performance process

• Prepare forecasts monitor actuals and clearly document variances that support proactive decision-making

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

• Experience with SAP APEX or similar business systems

• Experience with MS Office especially Excel

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
