Job Description:

The associate at this level is a qualified seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $up to $.

The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills extensive product knowledge a strong work and travel ethic and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

Required Skills: Must have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • 10 years in a direct sales/originations role in equipment leasing/structured finance.
  • Customer/Client Relationship Management
  • Customer/Client Industry Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts to include GAAP and tax accounting
  • Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development
  • Proven ability to assess customer/client needs
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications
  • Exhibit Teamwork
  • Travel 50%
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$125000.00 - $154000.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
