Department: Early Childhood Education
Job Type: Part-Time (2:30 PM-6:30 PM)
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Supervise children during indoor play outdoor activities and transitions.
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe learning environment.
- Support teachers in preparing materials and setting up activities.
- Assist with closing procedures including cleaning organizing and preparing classrooms for the next day.
- Provide coverage and support where needed to ensure smooth end-of-day operations.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
- Reliable flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments.
- Patient supportive and attentive when working with children.
- Experience in a childcare center preschool or daycare environment.
- Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Ability to maintain structured routines and a calm environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
