What Makes This Role Different

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each childs care plan
- Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
- Partner daily with OT PT and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines

What We Offer
- Base Salary: $78000 to $103000
- Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15000 in bonus pay 2x PTO or a mix of both
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9000 annually)

What Youll Need
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with frequent bending reaching and precise motor function with both hands.
