Support Coordinator Joondalup

• Salary: $72995.61 - $81415.99 Salary Packaging options (up to $18550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
• Permanent Full Time position
• North of the River - Joondalup Location

Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing dynamic Support Coordination team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.

About the role

• Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal mainstream and funded supports
• Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
• Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
• Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
