Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly customer-focused Jewellery Store Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support daily store operations. You will play a key role in driving sales maintaining store presentation and creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue
Store Presentation
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards (e.g. peg displays gondolas counters)
- Ensure all jewellery is displayed neatly safely and attractively
- Restock and rotate products as needed
Operations & POS Handling
- Operate POS system for billing and transactions
- Handle cash card payments and refunds accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Inventory Support
- Assist with stock receiving tagging and pricing
- Participate in stock counts and inventory checks
- Report low stock levels to the Store Manager
Customer Experience & Aftercare
- Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally
- Provide product care advice (cleaning storage handling)
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for jewellery fashion or accessories
- Basic understanding of sales techniques

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust and scalable applications technologies while leveraging Azure services. This role requires expertise in cloud-based development and database management particularly with Cosmos DB and MongoDB alongside Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design develop and maintain scalable applications using C# Core. Azure Integration: Develop and deploy applications on the Microsoft Azure platform utilising services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Database Management: Work with Cosmos DB and MongoDB for database operations optimization and troubleshooting. DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless application deployment. Server Management: Manage and maintain application servers for hosting and scaling enterprise-grade applications. Code Quality: Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments. Required Skills: Strong programming experience in C# Core/Framework. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
