Quatro Group is seeking an experienced Restoration Claims Manager for an industry leader in recovery specialising in Flood Fire and Mould restoration to join their team and take the lead on our most complex high-value and commercial property restoration claims.

In this senior leadership position you wont just manage claims; you will project manage them from end-to-end. You will be the primary point of contact for insurers loss adjusters and commercial clients ensuring every project is handled with transparency and professionalism.

In this senior leadership position you wont just manage claims; you will project manage them from end-to-end. You will be the primary point of contact for insurers loss adjusters and commercial clients ensuring every project is handled with transparency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-loss insurance claims ensuring they are resolved profitably and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with field technicians to design customized restoration plans for unique site-specific challenges.
- Review and approve detailed scopes of work restoration budgets and cost estimates.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to Level 1-3 claims team members to build departmental capability.
- Maintain 100% accurate documentation in Prime submit quotes via Xero within 24 hours and hit strict SLA milestones.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 4 years in insurance claims management ideally within restoration construction or property damage.
- Proven track record of managing large-loss events and high-value commercial claims.
- Hands-on experience with Prime (or similar claims software) and Xero is required.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills for liaising directly with insurers and commercial clients
- A Diploma or higher in Insurance Business Building/Construction or Restoration.
- IICRC Certifications are highly regarded.
