Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall financial strategy planning & forecasting
Lead project financial management & cost control mechanisms
Structure contracts with strong financial risk safeguards
Optimize working capital & cash flow cycles
Manage bonding bank guarantees & financial closures
Strengthen compliance internal controls & risk mitigation framework
Partner with leadership on strategic growth & expansion initiatives
This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional with strong EPC/Infrastructure project exposure and the ability to drive financial discipline across multi-location projects.

Requirements
Experience: 15 Years
Qualification: CA Qualified
- CA qualified with 15 years of progressive experience in finance within EPC or infrastructure project environments
- Proven track record in leading financial strategy project finance and risk management for large-scale complex projects
- Expertise in contract structuring cost control working capital optimization and financial closure processes
- Strong understanding of compliance internal controls and regulatory requirements in capital-intensive industries
- Exceptional analytical communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Experience in multi-location operations and cross-functional collaboration across project legal and commercial teams
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
