* Plan and execute performance-driven ad campaigns across marketplaces such as Amazon Ads Myntra Ads Flipkart Ads etc.
* Manage ad formats including Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display PLA ads and category browse ads.
* Ensure proper campaign structure keyword targeting and bidding strategy.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize ACOS ROAS CTR and conversion rates.
* Conduct keyword research and search term analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
* Optimize budgets bids and placements to maximize visibility and sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Identify growth opportunities using data insights and performance trends.
* Work closely with internal teams to improve product performance.
* Collaborate with category managers marketing and content teams to improve product listings and creatives.
* Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with effective ad strategies.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console.
* Experience with Myntra Ads platform (PLA / Browse Ads).
* Understanding of P&L management.
* Strong knowledge of keyword bidding CPC optimization and campaign structure
* Experience with Excel / Google Sheets for performance analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of marketplace algorithms and product ranking factors.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
