Shifts - 24x7

Requirements
Job description
Respond to customer inquiries via Phone Email and Chat
Address customer queries related to product services and vouchers
Explaining customers the policies and procedures related to refunds and returns
Document and maintain detailed customer interactions within CRM
Coordinating customers concerns with various departments for resolution.
Offer product and service information to customers assisting them in making informed decisions.
Ensuring a positive customer experience
Any other related tasks needed.
Requirements
Ecommerce Product Support experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Good communication skills with fluency in English
Experience servicing a Domestic customer base
Should be able to read Rules & Penalty.
Able to learn new processes quickly and adaptable to change
Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
Required Skills:
Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers acting as the first point of contact. Coordinating with the customer to resolve their query Handling the inbound calls from the customer. Handling refunds issues through calls emails and chat.
Required Education:
HSC Graduate
