Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Social Work Psychology Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor welfare laws and employee rights in India.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools for reporting and tracking.
- Passion for employee well-being and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in Mumbai with flexibility for on-site engagement and event coordination.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
