Job Summary
is looking for Airports/Air Cargo/Ground Staff to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Customer Service Agent:Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters
- Provide information on flight schedules delays and other relevant details
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
- Baggage Handler:Load and unload baggage from aircraft
- Transfer baggage between flights and terminals
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of baggage to passengers
- Adhere to safety guidelines and handle baggage with care
- Ramp Agent:Perform aircraft pushback and towing
- Handle the loading and unloading of cargo and mail
- Secure and inspect cargo to ensure compliance with regulations
- Operate ground support equipment
- Gate Agent:Manage boarding processes and gate activities
- Verify passenger boarding passes and assist with seat assignments
- Communicate with flight crew and ground personnel
- Handle boarding announcements and address passenger inquiries
