What we want:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AdTech CloudTech and AI-driven platforms. Unlike a Project Manager who primarily focuses on timelines this role emphasizes product outcomes. You will define what we build and why ensuring that every development sprint delivers maximum value to global users and business stakeholders.

What you will do:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Translate the companys vision into a well-defined and documented product roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep Vertoz and ConnectReseller competitive in the MadTech and domain industries.
Define monitor and optimize key product KPIs such as MAU churn rate feature adoption and revenue per user.

2. Sprint & Backlog Management (Product-Focused)
Backlog Grooming: Own and manage the product backlog; convert high-level ideas into detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.
Prioritization: Apply frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW to prioritize features that deliver the highest business impact.
Sprint Goal Definition: Define clear sprint goals aligned with business objectives rather than just tracking task completion.
UAT & Quality Assurance: Act as the final gatekeeper for product quality by conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring the Definition of Done meets user expectations.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Engineering Leads to estimate effort and manage technical debt effectively.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features.
Provide regular product health updates to leadership focusing on ROI performance metrics and user impact.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in Product Management. Experience in AdTech (Programmatic/RTB) eMAILSSL& Domain/Hosting services is highly preferred.
Agile Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking is required.
Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and discuss API integrations database structures and system architecture with engineering teams (coding not required).
Data-Driven Approach: Experience with tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel or SQL to support product decisions with data.
Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to say no diplomatically while maintaining professional relationships.
B.E. / or an equivalent technical degree.
MBA (Marketing / Operations / Systems) from a reputed institute is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
