Summary:
We are hiring a Field HR Recruiter for Arunachal Pradesh to support end-to-end recruitment activities at the ground level. The ideal candidate should be a local resident with relevant field recruitment experience and a strong understanding of hiring processes. This role requires frequent fieldwork candidate coordination and stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and mobilize candidates through field visits local networks colleges NGOs and training institutes
Conduct awareness sessions job camps and career counseling in targeted locations
Build strong relationships with local influencers such as Panchayat leaders college authorities and community groups
Screen candidates based on job requirements (basic eligibility interest documentation)
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidate availability
Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding formalities
Ensure batch-wise mobilization as per client requirements and deadlines
Maintain daily/weekly mobilization reports and tracker updates
Handle candidate queries related to job role location salary and relocation
Support candidates during travel arrangements if required
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Local language proficiency (mandatory for field areas)
Ability to convince and influence candidates
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Good coordination and organizational skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Should be good with Arunachal Pradesh geography
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0.6 months5 years in recruitment field sales or mobilisation (preferred)
Two wheeler mandatory
Laptop mandatory
6moths and above Prior experience in recruitment / field hiring is mandatory
Must be a local resident of Arunachal Pradesh
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel locally for recruitment drives
Preferred Experience:
Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring
Exposure to rural hiring or migration workforce
Experience working with Government projects / skill development programs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of candidates mobilized per month
Conversion ratio (mobilized vs. joined)
Attendance in interviews / joining rate
Retention of candidates (short-term)
