Job Summary

Royal Public School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated School Administrator to lead academic excellence and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for education and the ability to manage both academic and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

  • Supervise classroom teaching and ensure high-quality instruction

  • Ensure curriculum alignment with board standards (CBSE/SEBA/ICSE)

  • Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies

  • Organize teacher training and professional development programs

Administrative Management

  • Implement school policies discipline and safety protocols

  • Oversee daily operations infrastructure and resource management

  • Maintain accurate school records and documentation

  • Prepare academic calendars timetables and schedules

Resource Management

  • Recruit train and manage teaching and non-teaching staff

  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment

  • Motivate staff and promote a collaborative culture

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct PTA meetings and address parent concerns

  • Represent the school in official and community events

  • Liaise with education boards and government authorities







Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Education or related field

  • Prior experience in school administration

  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
