Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEMSQL / SingleStore Engineer with strong expertise in Data Analytics and AI (DAAI) to design develop and optimize high-performance data solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributed databases building analytics pipelines and supporting AI/ML data workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain SingleStore (MemSQL) databases and data pipelines
Optimize database performance indexing and query execution
Work with large-scale data analytics and AI workloads
Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified analytics platform
Monitor database health troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability
Collaborate with data engineers data scientists and application teams
Implement data security backup and disaster recovery strategies
Support real-time analytics and reporting requirements

Required Skills:

Strong experience with SingleStore / MemSQL database administration and development
Hands-on experience in SQL Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
Experience with Data Analytics and AI / Machine Learning workloads
Familiarity with Linux / Unix environments
Understanding of distributed database architecture
Experience with Python / Shell scripting

Preferred / Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark Kafka Hadoop)
Exposure to Data Visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
Experience in real-time data processing
Certification in Database / Data Engineering / Cloud

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
