Job Summary
Product Advisor (Tele calling Sales)
Qualification: HSC Pass / Fresher Graduates 2025 can apply
Experience: Min. 1 year preferred / Freshers with excellent fluency
Salary: 16000/- to 20000/- per month Attractive Incentives
Languages: Proficiency in English & Malayalam
Location: MG Road Ernakulam Kochi Kerala
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services
- Maintain detailed records of calls conversations and sales
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach
- Previous tele-sales or customer service experience is an advantage
