- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Andheri region.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of sales representatives ensuring performance excellence through coaching goal setting and regular performance reviews.
- Identify acquire and retain high-value B2B clients including supermarkets convenience stores restaurants caterers and institutional buyers.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability timely deliveries and effective promotional execution.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and distribution terms with key clients while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.
- Monitor sales KPIs and generate detailed performance reports for leadership providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 510 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the FMCG Foods or Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client portfolios in urban markets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving team performance.
- In-depth knowledge of retail distribution networks trade promotions and pricing strategies in the Indian market.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zoho) and MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai particularly across the Andheri area.
