Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharma import & export operations including customs clearance and
regulatory documentation.
Ensure compliance with Central Drugs Standard Control
Organization (CDSCO) Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) GST Customs
and State FDA regulations.
Oversee domestic B2B & B2C dispatch operations with proper documentation and e-
way bill compliance.
Lead warehouse operations ensuring GDP compliance batch traceability and FEFO
implementation.
Drive inventory accuracy expiry management and stock optimization.
Monitor temperature-controlled logistics where applicable.
Control freight demurrage and operational costs.
Handle regulatory audits and ensure complete documentation readiness.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales Finance Regulatory and Procurement
teams.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy Life Sciences Supply Chain or Commerce.
1015 years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare operations.
Prior experience handling regulatory audits preferred.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory framework.
Experience in temperature-controlled supply chain.
Batch tracking & expiry management expertise.
Understanding of customs FEMA and GST provisions.
ERP & inventory management proficiency.
Strong leadership and vendor negotiation skills.
Lead operations logistics warehouse and documentation teams.
Develop SOPs and implement process controls.
Coordinate with Sales Finance Regulatory and Procurement teams.
