Talent Strategy: Designing and executing the 360-degree professional image and commercial roadmap for athletes and influencers.
Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison between talent brand managers and legal teams to ensure flawless deal execution.
Market Intelligence: Staying ahead of trends in both the sporting world and the rapidly shifting digital creator landscape

Pitching to brands negotiating sponsorship deals and managing the commercial portfolios of elite sports stars.
Requirements
The Domain Expert: A solid background in Sports Management or Influencer Marketing is essential.
The Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations with brand heads and elite talent.
The Hustler: A results-oriented mindset with a passion for "The Deal."
Immediate Availability: Preference for candidates who can join the Delhi office immediately.
Education: Degree in Sports Management Marketing or Business (Preferred).
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
