Job Summary

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data-driven revenue strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing Customer Success and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the entire revenue lifecyclefrom lead generation and conversion to upselling renewals and expansion.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and optimize revenue performance across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define pricing packaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive new revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure scalability and efficiency of revenue processes through automation technology integration and process optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events investor meetings and client engagements to strengthen brand presence.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the sales funnel CRM strategy and forecasting models to improve accuracy and predictability.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in revenue leadership with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent executive role.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from $10M to $100M in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in sales operations marketing automation CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and revenue analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to build lead and scale high-performance sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of driving customer retention expansion revenue and net revenue retention (NRR) growth.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling enterprise within the technology or administration services sector is highly desirable.
