- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through calls and emails
- Support in proposal drafting and sales documentation
- Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel)
- Research and qualify new leads and opportunities
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for meetings and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Tele calling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative management preferably with pan-India responsibilities. Proven experience in managing office operations vendor relationships and budgets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems or other administrative software is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally.
