Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Labour Compliance and Compliance Product vertical. Your goal is to identify new business opportunities pitch our tech-enabled compliance solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients and close high-value contracts. You will be the face of 2COMS in the compliance market.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients (MNCs Manufacturing Units Tech Parks and SMEs) across the region.
  • Conduct cold calls networking and high-impact presentations to CHROs CFOs and Compliance Heads.
  • Convert leads into long-term service and SaaS product contracts.
2. Solution Selling (Tech Service):
  • Effectively pitch our Compliance Automation Tools (dashboards alerts MIS) alongside traditional managed services.
  • Understand client "pain points" (e.g. audit failures manual tracking) and propose customized tech-enabled solutions.
3. Revenue & Pipeline Management:
  • Own and deliver individual sales targets and contribute to the overall verticals P&L.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and RFP participation to contract negotiation and closure.
4. Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning:
  • Stay updated on changes in Central/State Labour Laws and the upcoming Labour Codes to consult clients effectively.
  • Promote the 2COMS "Human Side of Things" brand in the RegTech and Statutory Compliance space.




Requirements

Candidate Profile
Mandatory:
  • 4 8 years in B2B Sales / Business Development within Labour Compliance HR Outsourcing or Payroll Services.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the Delhi or Kolkata markets.
  • Experience selling SaaS or Tech-enabled services (RegTech HRMS or Compliance Software).
  • Strong understanding of statutory frameworks (PF ESIC CLRA Factories Act).
Good to Have:
  • Existing relationships with HR/Compliance decision-makers in the region.
  • Experience working with compliance giants (e.g. Aparajitha TeamLease Simpliance or Lexplosion).

Success Metrics
  • Monthly/Quarterly New Business Revenue (NBR).
  • Conversion rate of leads to signed contracts.
  • Growth in the regional client portfolio.
