Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a macOS Application Packaging & Deployment Specialist to manage and scale our Apple ecosystem across India. This role is critical in ensuring seamless application packaging deployment automation and security using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging
- Create and manage PKG/DMG installers
- Configure profiles (PPPC Kexts)
- Handle Apple signing & notarization (Developer ID)
Deployment
- Manage end-to-end deployments using Jamf Pro (Smart Groups Policies)
- Work with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
Automation
- Develop and maintain AutoPkg recipes
- Write Bash/Zsh scripts for automation silent installs and validations
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with CIS benchmarks
- Manage FileVault escrow and understand Gatekeeper/SIP
- Implement secure deployment practices
L3 Support
- Troubleshoot deployment issues using unified logs Jamf/Intune diagnostics
- Provide advanced-level (L3) technical support

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
