About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Funding Team Member to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of funding processes within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong data entry and auditing experience with the ability to review information carefully and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Audit and review funding-related files records and documentation
- Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve errors and improve processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Follow established procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry and/or auditing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in personal injury law or working with personal injury cases
