Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (L2 level) in Kraków!

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users (onsite and remote)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues
  • Support desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and provide basic application support
  • Perform basic network diagnostics (connectivity DNS TCP/IP)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work in accordance with ITIL processes (incidents requests problems)
  • Maintain documentation of tickets and their resolutions


Requirements


  • Higher education in IT (Bachelors Masters or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) support or onsite IT support
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL standards (incident asset and configuration management)
  • Hands-on experience with asset tagging and updating the CMDB database
  • Basic networking knowledge: Cisco/HP devices TCP/IP DNS WINS
  • Experience with printers mobile devices and common business applications
  • Strong customer service orientation and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish
