We are over 1000 people based out of 15 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Role Overview

We are looking for aProject Managerto join our CRM Consulting practice responsible for the successful delivery of complex client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largestsportsrightsholdersprimarily acrossNorth America.

This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects ensuring timelines dependencies and budgets are effectively managed acrossconsultingand product teams while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-qualityoutcomesat scale.

Operating at the intersection ofconsulting client management and cross-functional coordination you will play a critical role in shaping how our growing practice deliversworking in a fast-paced evolving environment where you will have the opportunity to influence delivery standards support senior client relationships and make a visible impact on both client outcomes and the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery

  • Own delivery of CRMConsultingengagements fromkick-offthrough completion
  • Develop andmaintainclear project plans timelines and milestones
  • Ensure deliveryremainson track across scope time and dependencies

Portfolio Oversight

  • Manage a portfolio of CRMConsultingprojects prioritizing the most complex and high-impact engagementswhilemanagingad-hoc client requestsinpartnership with project leads to define priorities timelines and resourcing
  • Maintainvisibility across all active projectsidentifyingrisks and dependencies early
  • Provide structured updates and clear reporting on delivery status

Client Delivery & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery matters with clients
  • Lead regular status updates ensuring clarity transparency andproactive communication
  • Support consultants inmaintainingstrong client relationships through structured delivery

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate across CRM consultants data teams and internal product teams
  • Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders including geographically distributed teams
  • Ensure alignment across all parties involved in delivery

Budget & Scope Management

  • Track project budgets burn rate and overall delivery health
  • Identifyand flag scope changes and delivery risks early
  • Support proactive decision-making tomaintainproject outcomes

Global Delivery & Scaling

  • Establish and evolve consistent delivery standards practices and frameworks across CRM Consulting engagements
  • Introduce tools and structures to improve delivery quality efficiency and scalability
  • Support delivery across multiple regions (NA EMEA APAC) ensuring alignment and coordination across distributed teams
  • Enable effective handoffs and collaboration within a follow-the-sun delivery model
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of global ways of working as the practice scales

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 5 years of experience in project or delivery management
  • Experience delivering client-facing projects inconsulting CRM or technology environments
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforceor Microsoft Dynamics
  • Exposure to data integration or digital transformation projects
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches)
