Uses project-based learning guiding children through observation inquiry exploration practice and presentation
Incorporates immersive English instruction led by bilingual and foreign teachers
Includes specialized courses in science drama baking swimming piano art and junior host training

Position Overview
The Homeroom Teacher will lead a class of young learners delivering daily instruction across multiple developmental domains while fostering a warm and engaging classroom environment. This role works closely with bilingual teaching assistants and specialized course instructors to implement the Twinklekidz thematic curriculum.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2.5-hour noon break (approximately 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM)
Class Structure
21 classes total approximately 30 students per class
Ages: nursery to senior levels (approximately 2 to 6 years old)
Teaching team per class:
o Homeroom Teacher
o Bilingual Teaching Assistant
o Specialized Course Instructors
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily lessons following the Twinklekidz thematic and project-based curriculum
Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports social-emotional and cognitive development
Assess and document student progress across six developmental domains providing regular feedback to parents and leadership
Collaborate with bilingual assistants and specialized instructors to integrate English immersion and workshop activities
Participate in school events themed festivals professional development sessions and collaborative planning meetings
