Position Overview
The Foreign Homeroom Teacher will deliver English instruction and provide homeroom care for two classes on a fixed schedule. The teacher works alongside Chinese teaching staff to ensure a consistent supportive learning environment throughout the kindergarten day.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (8 hours per day)
No extended courses ensuring a regular work schedule
Class Structure
Kindergarten age children
Two classes on rotating schedule
Teaching team per class:
o Foreign Homeroom Teacher
o Chinese Teaching Staff
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver lively engaging English enlightenment courses aligned with the kindergarten curriculum system
Undertake daily homeroom responsibilities including care and guidance for activities meals rest and other routines
Ensure childrens safety and well-being at all times throughout the kindergarten day
Manage instruction for Class A on Mondays and Wednesdays and Class B on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Integrate quickly into the kindergarten teaching team through strong communication and collaboration

Requirements
Native English speaker with valid passport and legal work documents in China
TEFL or TESOL certification; degree in Early Childhood Education given priority
Experience in early childhood English teaching or as a homeroom teacher preferred
Passion for early childhood education with patience love and strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and team spirit with ability to integrate into the teaching team quickly
