Position Overview
The English Teacher will manage two classes daily one in the morning and one in the afternoon. One session is a formal lesson while the remaining time is spent accompanying the class. The teacher participates in a rotating morning reading session from 8:00 to 8:30 AM with each foreign teacher taking the lead for one month. A dedicated preparation hour from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM is provided daily. Weekend marketing activities may be required occasionally with compensatory time off.

Class Structure

o English Teacher
o Supporting staff as needed
Key Responsibilities
Teach English to students in a bilingual learning environment with a fun and engaging classroom atmosphere
Manage two classes daily delivering one formal lesson and accompanying the class for the remaining time
Participate in morning reading sessions from 8:00 to 8:30 AM with rotating lead responsibility (one month per teacher)
Prepare lesson materials during the dedicated 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM hour to ensure all content meets standards

Native English speaker; female candidates preferred
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience preferably in early childhood or primary school setting
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and occasional weekend work
