Position Overview
The High School A-Level Teacher will teach either physics chemistry or English depending on the vacancy. The role involves up to 24 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each) with no office hours required. Teachers maintain accurate student records attend parent and staff meetings organize extracurricular activities and provide reference letters and counseling duties as requested. Class sizes range from 25 to 30 students.

Key Responsibilities
Teach relevant British Pattern IGCSE and A-Level courses in physics chemistry or English according to specifications
Assign appropriate homework and mark it on time
Maintain class supervision and accurate student records of performance
Attend parent and teacher meetings staff meetings and other promotional events as required
Participate in and organize extracurricular activities
Provide reference letters and certain counseling duties as requested

Age between 25 and 55 years old (no gender restrictions)
Bachelors degree in relevant subject or above preferred
Certified teacher with at least one year of high school teaching experience in the relevant subject in China
Teaching experience in A-Level SAT AP or IB relevant subject preferred
Ability to teach British Pattern IGCSE and A-Level specifications

Salary & Benefits
Salary: 23000 - 28000 RMB per month before tax (12 months based on teaching experience and qualifications)
Housing allowance: 5000 RMB per month (paid with basic salary)
Free meals (Chinese food) on working days
Air ticket allowance: up to 8000 RMB
Contract renewal bonus: one month of salary paid upon renewal of two-year contract
Holidays: summer and winter holidays according to school calendar one week for Christmas Day and all Chinese national holidays
