Position Overview
The Kindergarten Home Room Teacher is responsible for delivering English lessons preparing lesson plans assigning and correcting homework and helping students with tests. The role includes classroom management parent communication and active participation in school activities and teaching research.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 12:00 and 14:00 18:00
Maximum 18 teaching hours per week (each lesson is 20-30 minutes)

Class size: Standard kindergarten class
Student age: 3 6 years old
Teaching team per class:
o Home Room Teacher
o Lecture Teacher
o Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver English lessons according to school teaching program and textbooks
Assign and correct homework prepare tests and provide individualized tutoring
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a conducive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student academic progress
Participate in teaching research open lessons teaching competitions and school events like Sports Day and Cultural Festival
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor or master degree
Minimum 2 years full-time kindergarten teaching experience
PGCE or State Teacher Certification required for higher salary tier (21K-23K)
Clean health and criminal background check to obtain Chinese Z work visa
Passion for education with sound professional ethics and exemplary conduct as an educator
Strong communication skills organizational abilities and teamwork spirit
Bachelor or master degree
Minimum 2 years full-time kindergarten teaching experience
PGCE or State Teacher Certification required for higher salary tier (21K-23K)
