- Perform exams; primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing muscle strength testing.

- No prescribing no treatment

Other Info:

- Tuba City/Chinle: 1 day/week

- Nogales: 2 days/week

- Safford: 2 days/week

- Payson: Half day/week

Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:

Active AZ license

Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple)

DMA Certification or willing to obtain

Provider must have their own office

Proficient in METs testing evaluating and diagnosing respiratory cardiovascular.

Must be within 50 miles of location
