Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
Capitol Debate is seeking a Connecticut-licensed physician (MD/DO) physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) to serve as Medical Advisor for our residential summer debate camp at Yale University. Part-time short-term engagement: mid-May through early July 2026.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO
Review and sign standing medical orders for our camp staff (one-time before camp opens)
Review our medication administration policies parent authorization forms and health procedures
Hold two brief weekly check-in meetings during camp (June 28 July 9) via phone or video
Be available by phone for urgent medical questions during camp hours (rare)
COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation for limited time commitment. Ideal for a practicing clinician seeking a meaningful short-term engagement supporting youth education.

Comfortable working with adolescents ages 1017
