Summary

Step into our kitchen as a Pastry Cook and whip up some magic! Youll be the artist behind our delightful desserts making sure every sweet treat from our menu looks as good as it tastes.

Were looking for someone who can...

• Prepare pastries baked goods and dessert components using established recipes.
• Ensure each item meets quality taste and presentation standards before it goes out.
• Follow portion sizes prep methods and plating guidelines consistently.
• Maintain a clean organized and food-safe workstation.
• Handle store and rotate ingredients properly using FIFO practices.
• Assist with prep during slower periods and support the team during closing.
• Complete the closing checklist for pastry and kitchen stations.
• Join team meetings and contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• Required 2 years commercial baking/pastry experience or:
• Alt. Required Degree in pastry arts with 6 months commercial baking/pastry experience
• Flexible work availability including weekends required
• WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
• Equivalent education skills and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk hear and stand for extended periods. They frequently walk sit climb stairs demonstrate hand dexterity reach stoop kneel bend twist push pull or crouch. Occasionally the employee may lift or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
