REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

• Present new and pre-owned vehicles to potential clients.
  
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  
• Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
  
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
  
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
  
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
