ERB is urgently hiring 2 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule next month.
We currently have 8 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite engage employees and generate income right away.
This is a high-volume consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
Educate employees on benefit options including Life Accident Disability and supplemental products.
Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
Clearly explain coverage options eligibility and policy details.
Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
Qualifications
Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales benefits enrollment or a related field.
Strong interpersonal presentation and consultative sales skills.
Experience with public sector municipal or union-based enrollments is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
