Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across various backgrounds
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and provide compassionate evidence-based care
Requirements
- Valid PA/NP in the State of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of Primary Care experience (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
