Job Description

What you will be doing:

Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters from inception to resolution
Represent clients in depositions hearings mediations and trials
Develop case strategy including legal research evidence review and risk assessment
Negotiate settlements and drive efficient case resolution
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
Collaborate with internal legal teams on litigation strategy
Contribute to firm growth through business development initiatives

Experience you will need:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license (required)
5 years of workers’ compensation defense experience
Strong litigation negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
