Job Summary
ESY Paraprofessional - Multiple Positions
ESY Program runs July 6 - July 31 2026;Monday - Friday 8:30 - 11:30
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Have two years of college credit or hold an associates (or higher) degree or evidence of passing the Parapro Test.
- Previous experience working with students in inclusive and small group settings preferred
- Previous experience working with special education students preferred
- Willingness to be trained to assist all instructional and behavioral needs of the students
- May require placing and securing students on a bus and riding the bus to and from school daily of some students
- Ability and willingness to carry over and apply skills from ongoing training
- Any duties as assigned by the administration
Salary: Successful candidates hired internally will be paid their current hourly rate; successful candidates hired externally holding a ParaPro certification will be paid $19.22 per hour; successful candidates without a ParaPro certification will be paid $16.94 per hour
