Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2 with medical benefits Paid sick leave and 401K
Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused Computer Support / IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues supporting conference room technologies managing IT tickets and maintaining IT documentation and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and basic network issues.
- Support Zoom conference rooms video conferencing systems and onsite events.
- Install configure and maintain computers printers and related equipment.
- Perform system maintenance updates virus scans and hardware replacements.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Set up and relocate workstations as needed.
- Document IT procedures troubleshooting steps and support processes.
- Provide basic end-user training and assist with IT projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting Zoom or video conferencing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of IT support experience.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Experience supporting Mac systems.
- Experience troubleshooting conference room technologies.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
