Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused Computer Support / IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues supporting conference room technologies managing IT tickets and maintaining IT documentation and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops laptops and peripherals.
Monitor and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot hardware software and basic network issues.
Support Zoom conference rooms video conferencing systems and onsite events.
Install configure and maintain computers printers and related equipment.
Perform system maintenance updates virus scans and hardware replacements.
Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Set up and relocate workstations as needed.
Document IT procedures troubleshooting steps and support processes.
Provide basic end-user training and assist with IT projects as required.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting Zoom or video conferencing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
