Primary Focus Areas

• Financial Stewardship: Direct all accounting functions and financial reporting systems ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial documents and analyses.
  
• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of annual budgets financial forecasts and long-term financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.
  
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations and industry standards specific to financial institutions implementing robust control systems to mitigate risk.
  
• Team Leadership: Guide and develop the accounting staff fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of performance and accuracy.

Requirements

Professional Background

• Bachelor Degree in accounting finance or other related discipline
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting general ledger oversight and account reconciliation
  
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive budgets forecasts and financial models
  
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing financial institutions
  
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams
  
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial software systems
