Base Pay: $14/hour

Commission: $15 per membership sold

Typical Earnings: $18$26/hour (based on performance)

What Youll Do

Greet clients and create a welcoming professional environment

Answer phones and book appointments accurately

Educate clients on services enhancements and benefits

Sell memberships in person (no cold selling over the phone)

Recommend massage and facial services at time of booking

Participate in sales contests and team goals

Handle client concerns professionally

Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness

Drive retention and repeat visits

What Were Looking For

Bilingual required (English Spanish)
