Pricing Analyst

As a Pricing Analyst reporting to the Sector Pricing Director you will serve as an integral member of Peratons Financeorganization enhancing our strategy for winning new and follow-on business.

Responsibilities

• Development of cost proposals both the pricing models as well as the cost volume narrative paying careful attention to key strategies and tactical assumptions.
• Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and development of winning price strategies.
• Ensure the final cost proposals compliance with Governmental regulations including CAS FAR and DFARS; Corporate policies and procedures; and specific requirements in each of the clients solicitations.
• Coordinate the development of the cost volume with contributing sources with Management at all levels and with other Functional Areas including Capture Management Business Development Contracts Finance Procurement HR/Compensation and technical personnel.
• Manage the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones management/risk reviews and a compliant professional product are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide support for subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations.
• Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews and support audits and/or customer fact findings.
• Assist Pricing management with training cost proposal review policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies procedures and toolsets.

RequiredQualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
• 2 years of Federal Government Pricing Experience.
• Understanding and experience using all contract types including Fixed Price Cost Reimbursable and Time and Materials contracts.
• Experience using and understanding Forward Pricing Rates and their impact to contract pricing.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Prior experience supporting DCAA audits and reviews.
• Advanced skills using MS Office applications.
• Organized task oriented reliable communicative and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to handle multiple often conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic often fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
• Motivated fast learner and a self-starter.
• Working knowledge of Adobe desirable.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

• MS/MA degree.
• Familiar with Financial terms
• ProPricer experience
• Active Secret Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance is a plus.
