Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth for our electronic security and safety solutions (USS). The role involves identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships and delivering tailored security solutions including CCTV access control fire alarm and parking management systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong B2B sales experience capable of engaging clients conducting site assessments and closing deals while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging needs
- Carry out site surveys with the technical team to understand client requirements
- Prepare and present tailored proposals quotations and solution demos
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of security solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates
- Stay up to date with industry trends competitor activity and new technologies
- Represent the company in meetings networking events and industry forums
