Specialist in Marketing Automation
Job Summary
Role Purpose
To design implement and continuously optimise a scalable marketing automation ecosystem that drives higher lead-to-sale conversion enhances telemarketing productivity and enables campaign growth without increasing headcount.
Key Objectives
Improve operational efficiency across marketing and sales through automation
Increase conversion rates from lead to visit and from visit to sale
Establish clear visibility and tracking across the full commercial funnel
Accelerate lead response times and improve handling quality
Minimise manual workload within the telemarketing function
Develop a structured segmented and actionable database
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
Build deploy and refine automated workflows covering lead acquisition nurturing requalification and reactivation
Develop tailored customer journeys based on project type budget range buying stage and engagement level
Execute multi-channel campaigns across email SMS WhatsApp and other relevant platforms
CRM & Data Management
Maintain high data integrity within the CRM (deduplication standardisation enrichment and key field management)
Evaluate and implement additional tools or integrations to improve scalability and efficiency
Segmentation Scoring & Optimisation
Design and manage lead scoring models to prioritise opportunities
Conduct A/B testing across messaging timing audiences and calls to action
Deliver targeted campaigns through effective database segmentation
AI & Innovation
Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance performance including:
Conversational agents or virtual sales assistants
Automated first-response systems
Content generation and personalisation
Dynamic or personalised video
Predictive lead scoring and prioritisation
Automated summaries of sales activity
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance channel conversion lead progression and revenue contribution
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 35 years in marketing automation CRM marketing lifecycle marketing or marketing operations
Tools & Technical Skills
Experience with platforms such as Zoho HubSpot Salesforce ActiveCampaign Pardot or similar
Working knowledge of HTML & CSS for email and landing page adjustments
Core Competencies
Strong expertise in automation segmentation lead nurturing and remarketing strategies
Solid analytical capability across funnels attribution models cohorts and KPIs
Ability to produce high-converting personalised messaging
Personal Attributes
Proactive organised and results-driven
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales marketing and technical teams
High level of written and professional English
Desirable Experience
Background in real estate new developments luxury hospitality or other high-value long sales-cycle sectors
Experience with integrations via Zapier Make or APIs
Understanding of deliverability database management and compliance
Familiarity with BI analytics or data visualisation tools
Experience with WhatsApp Business API advanced forms chatbots or CDP platforms
Relevant certifications (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.)
